Susan Schorr handles a range of civil litigation matters and represents clients before administrative agencies and licensing boards. Susan also works with telecommunications companies on regulatory matters.

Before joining the firm, Susan was a law clerk with the Maine Superior Court in Kennebec County. Prior to becoming an attorney, Susan worked as a literary agent in New York. Upon earning her masters degrees, Susan worked as an administrator with child welfare agencies in New York and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Representative Matters

Susan has assisted in the representation of clients regarding:
  • Matters before the Maine Human Rights Commission, Board of Licensure for Medicine, Public Utilities Commission, Office of Consumer Credit Regulation, Bureau of Insurance, and Office of Public Safety
  • Matters before municipal Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Appeal
  • All aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, discovery requests, and mediation statements, in addition to participating in mediation
  • Compliance with telecommunication regulations and reporting requirements
Community Service

Susan serves on the boards of Pine Tree Legal Assistance, Inc. and the Southern Maine chapter of Share Our Strength, a national organization aimed at fighting childhood hunger.
